Asado is a unique coffee shop in Chicago. They roast their beans in-house and never use beans that are more than two days old. Each cup is hand poured using porcelain strainers to achieve absolute control over the flavor.
The new logo is inspired by their manual and refined approach to coffee.
The Farmer's Market invitation is a direct mail piece folds that into an espresso cup that can be redeemed for a free espresso at the Farmer's Market.

STATELY SANDWICHES: Personal Project
Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE food, especially sandwiches. To me, making a good sandwich is an art form. I've set out to make the sandwich for each of the 50 states, hence the name Stately Sandwiches.
The logo is designed to elicit the feel of being in a classic deli where your sandwich is wrapped in paper and held together with a sticker. This emotion is also conveyed through the colors and the established date, something a mom-and-pop shop would be quite proud of.
Customers receive a personal thank you note and Stately Sandwiches stickers with their print. The date stamp reminds customers of the story behind the sandwich and continues the deli experience.
The print is then wrapped in deli paper, sealed with a logo sticker, and shipped.

Elise Michele is a catering and cooking school in New York. The handdrawn typography is inspired by the chef's culinary training in France. Paired with an icon key to any kitchen, the logo represents the friendly yet upscale environment of Elise Michele.
The palette is inspired by the chef's seasonally focused cooking. The colors are appetizing, well-balanced, and allows for bursts of accent coloring.
